CURRENT ACADEMIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Dr Ganesh Kamath Sevagur:

    • Conducts regular departmental meetings and also attends institutional and university meetings.
    • Establishes and maintains the lines of communication with all involved in the departmental functioning.
    •  Develops, categorizes and maintains departmental records and reports.
    • Assists the administration to implement institutional policies, rules and regulations.
    • Writes annual reports about departmental activities.
    • Guides postgraduate students for seminars, paper, poster presentation and journal clubs.
    • Evaluates university examinations, sets question papers for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
    • Also gives clinical guidance to postgraduate students.

    He also participates in development of the institutional and hospital’s philosophy.
