CURRENT ACADEMIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defines the syllabus, theory and practical classes.
- Ensures quality teaching, and monitors the question bank evaluation and also compliance of the department with respect to ISO and NABH.
- Encourages UGs in ICMR projects, and also participation of PGs, faculty in seminar, workshops, CME and conferences and publications, research activities of faculty members and postgraduates.
- Sets question papers for PG entrance examinations.
- Attends to the grievance of UGs, PGs, and Interns.
- Promotes cordial relation between faculty members, resident’s staff nurses which is important in smooth functioning of the team to impart good patient care.
