Established in 1986, the library has nearly 11253 books on hotel management and allied subjects. The library spans 150 sq. mt. and has a seating capacity of 100. In addition, it subscribes to nearly 58 journals on general and trade subjects from all over the world. The library also has a large section devoted towards general reading including sports, history, culture, and fine arts. The college library is equipped with 12 computer terminals with e-mail and internet facilities. Library also have 680 CD-ROMs on hospitality and other related subjects. There is a separate library for the BA in Culinary Arts course, currently having around 830 books. The library is fully automated and resources are made available through both online and offline. The library is fully air conditioned and Wi-Fi enabled.

The EBSCO Hospitality & Tourism Complete covers scholarly research and industry news relating to all areas of hospitality and tourism, with more than 828,000 records, 1965 onwards. There is full text for more than 490 publications, including periodicals, company & country reports, and books.
Culinary Arts Collections and Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Collections:
The Culinary Arts collection includes 150 of the major cooking and nutrition magazines. Hospitality, Tourism, and Leisure Collection includes current and relevant content from over 550; industry journals, this collection provides well-rounded coverage of both the historical and current state of affairs in the hospitality and tourism field, while also allowing for focused study of specialized aspects of the industry - including cultural aspects of travel, leisure activities, economic aspects of tourism, and more.
