The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) is set to host a Special Convocation and confer an Honorary Doctorate to Shri K V Kamath, Chairman of National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID) & Chairman of Jio Financial Services Ltd.
Shri Kamath is a visionary leader and pioneer in the field of business in banking and Finance; his contributions have not only transformed industries but have also inspired countless individuals across the globe. His distinguished career, marked by exemplary leadership and innovation, aligns perfectly with the mission and values of MAHE. As a Chairman of ICICI Bank, his guidance emerged as a trailblazer in retail banking, technology adoption, and corporate governance, setting new benchmarks for business.
He was also a former member of the board of management of MAHE, and he contributed significantly to promote the values of MAHE with his rich experience in administration.
