𝗗𝗿. Tejaswini kalkundri, PhD has joined Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MCOPS), Manipal as an 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 in the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐲. She holds a PhD from Griffith University, Gold Coast, Australia, an MPharm from Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, MAHE, Manipal, and a BPharm from KLE College of Pharmacy Belagavi. Dr. Kalkundri has established a strong track record with patents and peer-reviewed publications. Her achievements include being awarded the VGST-Spice by the Government of Karnataka (2013), the INSA Fellowship by the Government of India (2014), serving as an ICMR (RMRC) Project Fellow in 2015, receiving the Griffith Graduate Research Fellowship from 2019 to 2023, and earning the Griffith University Collaborative Merit Grant from the Health Group in 2022.

Throughout her doctoral studies, Dr. Kalkundri actively contributed to academia. She has also taken on various roles aimed at enhancing student experience, promoting mental health and well-being, and ensuring workplace health and safety. Recently, she served as a Project Research Scientist for an ICMR-funded project at MCOPS.
