AIMS OF THE PROGRAMME

AIM1: To carry out projects and demonstrate design, analysis, and programming skills to solve problems in the rapidly changing computer science domain.

AIM2: Be innovative and creative through life long learning; demonstrate analytical and research capabilities in the field of computer science and engineering.

AIM3: Engage in multidisciplinary projects and excel as socially committed engineers with integrity and empathy.

AIM4: Demonstrate professionalism, team spirit and remain continuously employable.

 

PROGRAMME LEARNING OUTCOMES

 

LO1: Graduates will possess knowledge of mathematics, as well as computer science & engineering fundamentals.

LO2:  Graduates will be able to identify, formulate and solve engineering problems in the area of Computer Science & Engineering.

LO3:  Graduates will demonstrate an ability to design solutions for complex engineering problems, conduct experiments, analyze, interpret, and evaluate data.

LO4:   Graduates will demonstrate an ability to envisage and work on multidisciplinary research problems.

LO5:  Graduates will demonstrate skills to apply modern engineering tools, software and equipment to analyze and solve problems.

LO6: Graduates will work upon new challenging problems through investigative studies, research, and innovation so as to contribute to the development of technical knowledge.

LO7:   Graduates will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities.

LO8:   Graduates will be able to communicate contemporary issues effectively in both verbal and written form.

LO9:   Graduates will acquire the skills to recognize the impact of engineering solutions on society under a given economic and environmental context.
