Course Description:

2-Year Full-Time M.Sc. Computational Molecular Sciences program equips students with a strong foundation in the principles and methodologies of computational modelling and simulation applied to molecular systems. This program develops technical competence in advanced computational techniques, enabling students to analyze and predict molecular behaviors effectively.

Focus:

Graduates will gain advanced knowledge and practical skills applicable to the field of Computational Molecular Sciences, with implications for chemistry, biology, materials and life sciences. They will develop expertise in areas such as drug design, programming, high-performance computing, computational modelling, molecular simulations, statistical mechanics, quantum mechanics, cheminformatics, and AIML with a focus on chemical biology.

Career Prospectus:

Meritorious and successful graduates of this program can pursue higher degrees through research or join companies related to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, health care, and material science. In addition, they are also eligible for research in the R & D division of the data analysis sector in India and abroad.
