Parikshit

Parikshit Student Satellite Team is a group of undergraduate students from various technical backgrounds aimed at building a 2U-nanosatellite in collaboration with ISRO. The primary objective of the satellite is to monitor urban heat islands, ocean surface temperature, and cloud-cover. The satellite has an experimental payload that will de-orbit the satellite at the end of its mission life avoiding space debris. The project has contributed to the scientific community with research papers and posters presented at prestigious international conferences.
