Initial antibiotic usage pattern in patients admitted with sepsis and septic shock in an intensive care unit; its appropriateness and stewardship

The initial antibiotic usage pattern and its appropriateness in patients with sepsis and septic shock admitted to an ICU will be assessed. Antibiotic modification after obtaining culture sensitivity report during their stay in the ICU will also be noted.
