15 MIT Manipal Faculty Members Recognized Among Top 2% Global Researchers for Career and Single-Year Contributions

Fifteen faculty members from MIT Manipal, MAHE, have been recognized among the top 2% of researchers globally for their exceptional contributions to their respective fields. This recognition spans both their career-long achievements and significant single-year contributions. Among those honored for career-long contributions are Dr. Mehar Kulmani (Dept. of Mechanical Engineering), Dr. Ranjeet Kumar Mishra (Dept. of Chemical Engineering), and other notable scholars across departments like Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).

In the category of single-year contributions, Dr. Ranjeet Kumar Mishra, Dr. Raja Selvaraj, and Dr. Ramesh Vinayagam from the Dept. of Chemical Engineering, along with several other researchers, have been highlighted for their impactful work. The honorees include experts such as Dr. Nithesh Naik, Dr. Thivaharan Varadavenkatesan, Dr. Shiva Kumar, and Dr. Tanweer Ali, reflecting the breadth of research excellence across disciplines at MIT Manipal. Additionally, Dr. Madusudhan B. Kulkarni, a faculty member from the Dept. of Electronics and Communication Engineering, has been recognized, bringing experience from his affiliation with the University of Wisconsin, USA.
