ABCs of Research

On Saturday, the 23^rd of April 2022, a talk on ‘ABCs of research was conducted by SRF with the resource person being Dr. P Kalyan Chakravarthy, an eminent researcher currently working as an associate professor in the department of public health dentistry, MCODS, Manipal. The event was graced by the presence of our associate dean, Dr. Vidya Saraswathi M, faculty coordinator of SRF, Dr. Jothi N Varghese along with Dr. Spoorthi Kulkarni and witnessed a good audience of over 100 students.

The talk focussed on the various aspects of study designs and encouraged students to do research. At the end of the enlightening talk, questions from the audience were discussed and they took home a basic understanding of doing research.
