Guest lecture on Naso-alveolar moulding and Orthodontic management of Adolescent and adult cleft palate cases

On 23rd Sept 2024, the department of Orthodontics conducted a Guest lecture on “ Naso-alveolar moulding and Orthodontic management of Adolescent and adult cleft palate cases “ by Dr. Snehalata Oberoi, Professor and Director of Cleft Craniofacial program, UCSF School of dentistry, San Francisco, USA.
The lecture was on UCSF protocol of Naso-alveolar moulding and its technique and long term follow up of adolescent and adult cleft palate cases treated at UCSF. The morning session comprised a 2-hour lecture and the afternoon session observed a chair side case discussion of cleft palate cases.
Our beloved Dean, Dr Monica Solomon presided the inauguration. The program was attended by 30 participants.
