Orthodontic Diagnosis and Treatment Planning & TADS in Orthodontics

On the 25th of June 2024, the Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics conducted an Orthodontic PG alumni lecture on "Diagnosis and treatment planning and TADs in Orthodontics" by Dr. Meena Balakrishnan, Clinical instructor at School of dentistry, University of Illinois, Chicago. The lecture was presided was our Dean, Dr Monica Solomon.
The lecture was on diagnosis of orthodontic cases and steps in treatment planning. She also discussed indications of TADs and displayed cases treated with TADs. Dr Meena showcased numerous interesting Anterior openbite cases which she treated with TAD assited intrusion.
The program was attended by 45 participants.
