The fifth event of ‘FIT INDIA MOVEMENT’, that is, “ATTAIN HOLISTIC FITNESS THROUGH MEDITATION” was held on 20th of September at MIM premises at 3:30 PM– 4:30 PM. The motive of the talk is to make the students how students can be fit, healthy and improve your concentration by the means of meditation. Prof. Usha Rani from Prasanna School, MAHE, spoke about the benefits of meditation. She shared some of the success stories of individuals who attained health benefits through the process of meditation.
