Speaking at the School of Management as the part of the invited guest lecture, Prof. Robin Shinde, Assistant Professor, A. J. Institute of Management, Mangalore highlighted that MBA students are not only undergoing an academic course but are Management Trainees, being prepared in the two years for their corporate journey as managers.
The Guest Lecture on “Self-Awareness” was organised as part of the course on Personal Growth and Interpersonal Effectiveness for the students of 2nd year MBA (HR Specialisation) on 5th December, 2016. Prof. Shinde emphasised the need for self-awareness and the ways in which self-awareness would be effective in inter-personal relationship. He has more than 11 years of industry and teaching experience. He has also been the member of the BOE and BOS for few of the institutes and universities. Prof. Suraj Francis Noronha, Asst. Professor, SOM welcomed and introduced the guest and Mr Sandeep Ramanna Prabhu, 2nd year MBA (HR) - Management Trainee, proposed the vote of thanks.
