MIM alumna Ms. Vatika Pai was invited to share her experience as an entrepreneur

As a part of the Induction program of MBA, MBA (Global Business) and MBA (Healthcare Management), MIM alumna Ms. Vatika Pai was invited to share her experience as an entrepreneur with the new batch of students on 11th July 2019.
The program was conducted at MIT Library auditorium at 2 PM. Prof. Raveendra Rao K initiated the discussion. Ms. Vatika briefed about her journey as an entrepreneur and elaborated the challenges she encountered during the journey. She also shared her experience as a student of MIM and how the MBA course at MIM helped her and groomed her as an effective manager to take over her family business. She shared some tips for the new batch of students to equip themselves with skills required when they enter the Industry.
The program also had a question and answer session where students asked various questions to Ms Vatika Pai regarding her business, her experience as President of Canara Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mangalore. Students discussed issues regarding work-life balance and exam preparations. Mr Varun Vivek Shetty first-year MBA (Global Business) introduced Ms Vatika Pai to the students. Prof. Raveendra Rao handed over a memento to Ms Vatika Pai as a token of appreciation.
