A guest talk on “Employee Discipline” by Mrs.Sushma V, Assistant Professor, Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management, Mangalore was held on 2nd December 2016 for the students of II MBA Healthcare Specialization.
In her lecture she highlighted the main causes of employee indiscipline, features of sound disciplinary system and the legal aspects related to employee discipline.
Prior to joining as an Assistant Professor with Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management, she worked as Assistant Operations Manager with Mphasis, Mangalore. Her Industry experience has been spread across domains relating to BPO Delivery - Telecom, Insurance, Media, Finance and Banking.
