Pharmaceutical Sciences, MAHE, received the "Best Paper Award" for her research work entitled Silodosin & Acenocoumarol, an anti-non-small cell lung cancer agent: an in silico, in vitro and in vivo prospective; in the "45th Annual Conference of Indian Association of Biomedical Sciences; Theme: Empowering Health- Challenges and Solutions" under category " Treatment Development" on 9 November 2024. The award came with a certificate and a gold medal.
Ms Swastika Maity is working under the guidance of Dr Yogendra Nayak, Associate Professor, and co-guidance of Dr K. Sreedhara Ranganath Pai, Professor; Department of Pharmacology, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, MAHE. Her research domain focuses on the Drug development for non-small-cell lung cancer, which is funded by Indian Council of Medical Research (under ICMR- SRF grant) New Delhi, India.
