Apprehending the significance of Quality by Design (QbD) in the pharmaceutical industry, a certificate course titled "Design of Experiments for Pharmaceutical Product Development" was organized by the Centre for Drug Testing, Department of Pharmaceutics, MCOPS, from 2 to 7 January 2025. The course was coordinated by Dr. Usha Y. Nayak, Professor & Vice Principal of the Department of Pharmaceutics, MCOPS. Throughout the course, participants gained insights into key topics such as the fundamentals of Design of Experiments (DoE), screening techniques, optimization designs, and practical hands-on training. A total of twenty one participants from various institutes of MAHE got benefited from this valuable learning experience.
