Dr. Jayapala Reddy, Vice President of MSN Labs, Hyderabad, and Dr. Praveen Shetty, Vice President of Bioplus, Bangalore, interacted with Faculty members, Research Scholars, and PG students of MCOPS on 8 November 2024, in Prof. P Gundu Rao Conference Hall, MCOPS, MAHE, Manipal.

Dr. Reddy and Dr. Shetty shared their impressive career journey and gave insights into Bioplus and MSN Lab, including their impact on the pharmaceutical industry. They also discussed the dynamic nature of the pharmaceutical market and its vast opportunities and advised on promising sectors within the pharmaceutical industry, such as marketing, pharmacovigilance, and R&D. They emphasized the importance of networking, extracurricular activities, and effective self-presentation for job interviews. They also highlighted India’s growing importance as a global pharmaceutical hub and the exciting career prospects it offers.
