Pooja Mallya, PhD Scholar, Department of Pharmaceutics, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MCOPS), Manipal received best oral presentation award in the research entitled, “Standardization of DHEA induced PCOS rat model: Evaluation of reproductive and metabolic features” Under ‘Animal research’ category in Aushadh Vigyan Student Scientific Conference (AVISCON 2024) held during 1-2 March, 2024 at JSS College of Pharmacy, JSSAHER, Mysuru, Karnataka.

The presentation was shortlisted for spotlight presentation held at JSS auditorium, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru where she received the best oral presentation award.

Ms Pooja is pursuing PhD under the guidance of Dr. Shaila Angela Lewis, Head and Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics, MCOPS, Manipal with Dr. Guruprasad Kalthur, Head and Professor, Division of Reproductive Biology, Department of Reproductive Science, Kasturba Medical College, MAHE, Manipal as the subject expert.
