Report on Administering of Pledge against Drug abuse

In line with the initiatives by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt of India, with an aim to include more students and teachers for Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, a mass pledge-taking event was organized in MCOPS on 12 August 2022 at 4 pm. Students and staff of MCOPS assembled in P Gundu Rao Hall (NLH-1) to administer the Pledge. The session was moderated by Dr. Krishnamurthy Bhat, Vice-Principal, MCOPS, and Dr. Jayesh Mudgal, Associate Professor, MCOPS. The approved backdrop was portrayed to the gathering and all the gathered members of MCOPS vowed to do everything possible to the best of their ability to make Manipal, Udupi, Karnataka, and ultimately India, drug-free.
