A guest lecture on “Use of 3D Bioprinting, Organ on chips, Organoids and Spheroids as an alternative to animal testing for Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics formulation discovery and testing" by Mr. Chaitanaya Doshi, CEO, Kore Additive Manufacturing and Medical Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd. and KDL Biosimulate Pvt. Ltd., and MAHe Alumni – 2021 was organized by the Department of Pharmacognosy along with alumni relations and innovation & entrepreneurship Committee, MCOPS-MAHE on 27 November 2024, 4PM on virtual mode. The talk was coordinated by Dr. Tejaswini Kalkundri, faculty, Department of Pharmacognosy. The speaker walked the audience through use of 3D bioprinting, and associated techniques in the world of pharmaceutical sciences. The lecture was attended by over 75 participants, including undergraduate students, faculty and alumni.
