Faculty Visit: Edge Hill University, Ormskirk, Lancashire L39 4QP, UK (November 21 - 26, 2022)

Dr. Toni Bewley, the Adjunct Faculty of MCON and Senior Lecturer, School of Nursing, EdgeHill UK, and Mr. Ross Sheridan, a Learning disability Nurse and Faculty from EdgeHill visited MCON between November 21 - 26, 2022. They observed the activities in adult oncology wards, including day care chemotherapy unit, Rehabilitation Centre- Hombelaku and Day Care Centre for the mentally challenged (Asare), Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Access Life- home for parents of children with cancer belonging to Pediatric Hemato Oncology.  

They also had observational visits to the experience theatre and Manipal Museum of Anatomy and Pathology (MAP).
