An Awareness Program on Good touch, bad touch and hand hygiene

Health education committee of SNA 2019-20, Manipal College of Nursing, MAHE, Manipal organized an awareness program on ‘good touch, bad touch’ and ‘hand hygiene’ on 23rd September, 2019 at Aided Higher Primary School, Hirebettu. Health education on ‘good touch, bad touch’ and hand hygiene was given by Ms Adlin Dsouza and Ms Swathi Naik using power point presentation which was followed by a demonstration on hand hygiene by the committee members.

There were 36 students and five teachers including Headmistress Mrs. Sumangala participated in the program. The committee members Adlin, Sohan, Swathi Naik, Benita and Viola Mathias were present. The programme was supervised by Mrs. Manjula, Assistant Professor, Department of Community Health Nursing, MCON, MAHE Manipal.
